Fun in the army ... XD

What happens when we ask a conversation partner, to pass a piece of information to someone? Does the information loose on substance? Will multiple transmission lead to misunderstandings?

A colonel gave the command to his officers on duty:

Tomorrow night around 20.00 Halley's comet is visible from here. This event occurs only every 75 years. Arrange that people arrive at the barracks in place in Drilluniforms. I will then explain this rare phenomenon. If it rains, we can not see anything and then people will have to go in the barracks cinema. There I will show them films of this phenomenon.

The officer on duty gave the order as follows on.

come out in Drilluniforms. They will marche then to cinema where this rare phenomenon will take place . It is a phenomenon which occurs only every 75 years.

The company commander gives the command he has received on to his lieutenant.
